The surfaces in the CoED-LabSep can be modified to boost genetic modification rates.

CoED-LabSep T-cell separation and expansion protocol

The CoED-LabSep is a simple system for the separation and expansion of T-cells from blood or tumour biopsies. It select highly migratory and viable cells and also save you time whilst reducing the amount of media and cell waste produced.

The CoED-LabSep comes pre-assembled and only requires the addition of media, cells and CoED proprietary media additives to create your purified expanding cells. For more details view the instruction booklet.
